Payoneer’s other name is “Suffering,” and the other name of Suffering is Payoneer Live Chat Support. If you use Payoneer, it’s almost impossible to avoid troble and frustration.
A few years ago, I could easily reach their live support team within 10–30 minutes. But recently, Payoneer has made it much harder for users like us to connect with live support. If you’re a newbie and don’t know how to contact Payoneer Live Support, it’s almost impossible to get help through their human live chat. That’s why I’m writing this article.
Nowadays, you have to go through several steps just to find the live chat option — and once you do, you’ll first face a chatbot. Now, without wasting time, let’s see how to contact Payoneer’s live support team step by step.
Step-1: You must be logged in to your Payoneer account. After logging in, click your name at the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, click Support Center.

Step-2: You’ll see several “cards” with different topics. Even if your issue doesn’t match perfectly, just select any card. Here, I’m selecting My Payoneer Account.

Step-3: After the page reloads, you’ll see multiple options. Select any one of them. I’m choosing Registration.

Step-4: You’ll get more sub-options, just pick the first one or any that fits your issue.

Step-5: Once the page reloads again, scroll down to the bottom and you’ll find a Contact Us button. Click it.

Step-6: Now you’ll see two options: Live Chat and Send Message. Since we want live support, select Live Chat, then click the Let’s Chat button below.

Step-7: You’ll now see the chat box appear on the right side. But here comes the next challenge. At first, a robot assistant will respond to you. Type this message two to four times in reply:
“I want to speak with a human specialist, not with a robot.”

The bot may ignore your request and continue sending automated replies, but keep repeating the same message.
After saying this a few times (3–5), attach a screenshot of the issue you’re facing in the chat box. Below, you can see an example of a screenshot of my issue — doing this helps you reach human support much faster.

The chatbot will analyze your image and reply. Then, send the same message again, saying you want to talk to a human expert. The bot will place you on hold, and within a short time, it will transfer you to a human assistant who can actually help.
Once connected, describe your issue clearly, and they’ll provide a solution.
